1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or subscribing to any website, application, data feed, YouTube channel, or software service owned and operated by HartForge Labs LLC ("HartForge Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all HartForge Labs services.

These Terms govern all active and future projects within the HartForge Labs LLC ecosystem:

• Project Redline: (redline.hartforgelabs.com / @HartForgeRedline) — SEC Form 4 insider trading visual analytics, emergency 8-K filings, and regulatory telemetry.
• TheDataVein: (@TheDataVein-HF) — Autonomous investigative video productions covering weird science, declassified engineering, and forensic oddities.
• HartForge Deals: (deals.hartforgelabs.com / @HartForgeDeals) — Automated PC hardware deal tracking, price anomaly detection, and retailer price aggregation.
• Realm of the Shattered Reach: (@hartforgerotsr) — Independent dark fantasy tabletop RPG lore archive and tactical encounter breakdowns.
• HartForge Alpha: Quantitative financial market analysis and algorithmic model research.

All worldbuilding narratives, lore dossiers, maps, characters, and forgecraft mechanics published under HartForge: Realms of the Shattered Reach are proprietary creative intellectual property of HartForge Labs LLC. Realms of the Shattered Reach is an independent production and is strictly not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Dungeons & Dragons, or any third-party tabletop roleplaying publisher.

6. Third-Party Syndication & YouTube Terms

Our video broadcasts are syndicated on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. By consuming content on YouTube, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All software architectures, codebases, custom UI components, graphic cards, video scripts, audio tension drones, logos, and written analyses produced by HartForge Labs LLC are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not scrape, mirror, resell, white-label, or systematically extract data from our platforms without express written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HartForge Labs LLC, its managers, members, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption) arising from your use of or reliance on our services.

All applications, data feeds, and media outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Ohio.
